IN-STORE EXPERIENCES: A 50% deposit reserves your experience. The remaining balance is due at your experience. Cancel more than 7 days before your event: 100% of your deposit refunded. Cancel more than 48 hours and up to 7 days before your event: 50% of your deposit refunded. Cancel 48 hours or less before your event: no deposit refund. Refund percentages apply to the deposit, not the total booking price.

OFF-SITE EVENTS: Full payment is required at booking to reserve your event. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event receive a 50% refund of the total payment. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event receive no refund. No exceptions. Staff time and supplies are reserved, purchased, or rented specifically for your event.
